- Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
- Sample has been received
- Testing has started
- Improper sample submitted
- Instructions not followed
- Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued if:
- Order cancelled within 24 hours
- Sample not yet shipped
- Service unavailable
- International Orders
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Sample Rejection
If sample is rejected:
- Re-collection required
- No refund issued
- Refund Timeline
